Santiago Burgi (vocals)

He was born in Córdoba in 1981. He studied singing with R. Sassola , O. Peroni and E. Canis , and the Higher Art Instituro the Teatro Colon with L. Gaeta , M. Ruiz , G. Opitz and S. Caputo .

He made his debut at the opera at the age 22 for Juventus Lyrica in “La Traviata”. For this company then sang “Les Contes d’ Hoffmann”, “Wozzeck” , “L’ Heure Spagnole” , “Romeo et Juliette” , “Le nozze di Figaro” , “Gala 10 años”  and “Don Pasquale”.

At the Teatro Colón he sang “Satyricon” directed by Marcelo Lombardero and Alejo Pérez . He participated in the Centennial Gala accompanied by Enrique Ricci.

With Buenos Aires Lírica he participated in “Der fliegende Holländer” , “The Rake ‘s Progress” and “Yevgeny Onyegin”.

In the summer seasons of 2008 and 2009 he was part of the company’s operetta of Musik Theater Schönbrunn in Vienna for which he sang Alfred (Die Fledermaus ) , Graf Stanislaus  ( Der Vogelhändler ) and Fürst Roderich ( Der Obersteiger ).  The production was released on compact disc for the CPO company, directed by Herbert Mogg .

He sang the Mozart’s Requiem at the International Festival 2006 directed by Jorge Ushauia Uliarte .

For the company “El círculo de Rosario” he played “Krönungmesse L’ enfance du Christ” and directed by Carlos Vieu , “Judas Maccabeus and Ninth Symphony” led by Andres Tolcachir for Mozarteum Argentino and “The Messiah” directed by Antonio Russo.

He also played the part of Don Ottavio in “Don Giovanni” in the Teatro Argentino de La Plata.
